Instructions

    • 1

Place a piece of waxed paper onto a cookie sheet. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries onto the waxed paper and cover lightly with a layer of plastic wrap.

    • 2

Store the cookie sheet in your refrigerator for up to two days.

    • 3

Remove the strawberries from the refrigerator approximately 15 to 20 minutes before you wish to serve them. Transfer them from the cold cookie sheet to a room-temperature plate or platter on which you wish to serve them.

    • 4

Allow the strawberries to warm to room temperature for about 15 minutes. This will help bring out the natural vibrancy of the strawberries' flavor, which can be muted by the cold temperatures of the refrigerator.
