Quickest Way to Get Rid of Love Handles
Love handles are a nice way to describe the fat deposits that accumulate at your waist. They cover the oblique muscles and make the midsection look bigger. As you get older it becomes more difficult to lose this stubborn weight. Often abdominal oblique exercises are not included in abdominal workouts, but, in order to successfully lose love handles you will need to target these muscles. Consume fewer calories by eating a diet low in sugar and carbohydrates. This will help lose the fat that lies on top of the muscle.

Do a cardiovascular workout for at least 30 minutes 3 or 4 times per week. This could be running, biking or swimming. Increasing cardiovascular workouts will help you burn the fat around your hips.

Exercise your abdominal muscles. This will help burn the fat on top of the oblique muscles. Do crunches or sit ups three times a week to strengthen oblique muscles.

Train your abdominal obliques. Regular abdominal crunches are not enough to target obliques. This training will strengthen the oblique muscles under the fat. Do some twist crunches. Lay on your back with your arms behind your head and bend one knee to the opposite elbow and hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat with the other leg. Do repetitions of 10.

Strengthen your lower back. This will help balance the strength in your torso and reduce the fat in your back. Lie on your stomach, lift your feet and knees off the floor and kick your legs like you were swimming for 15 seconds. Rest for at least 30 seconds and repeat twice.
