Instructions

1. Calculate your daily Coreg CR dose. Coreg CR is designed for once-a-day use because it is a long acting medication. This means that after you absorb the drug into the blood stream it is broken down slowly, allowing it to exert an effect for a longer duration. Coreg CR is available as 10, 20, 40 and 80 mg pills that you take once a day.
