How to Remove Accord Wiper Blades
To replace wiper blades on a Honda Accord, the old ones need to be removed from the wiper arm. The Honda Accord employs a small J hook wiper arm that quick-connects to the wiper blade hardware for easy removal and replacement. Earlier versions of the Accord featured same size blades on each side, but later models began to feature offset pairs. The driver's side would be longer and wipe away a larger swath of area than the passenger side.
Instructions

1
Lift the desired wiper arm to the standing position. If removing and replacing both wiper blades, remove longer driver's side (if applicable -- depending on the year) wiper blade first.
-
2
Pivot the wiper blade away from the wiper arm enough to access the quick-connect lock under the end of the J hook of the arm.
-
-
3
Press the quick-connect locking tab towards the wiper arm to unlock it and while holding it, pull the wiper down away from the arm.
-
4
Rest the wiper arm back in the down position against the windshield until ready to replace the original or new blade to avoid it snapping on its spring clip and damaging the windshield.
-
5
Repeat Steps 1 to 4 for the other wiper blade, if desired, to remove and replace.
