How to Get Sprint Text Messages

You can simply add text messaging to your phone plan and begin texting immediately with your Sprint phone.

Load the Sprint website in your computer browser and log into your account.

Click on the "Shop" tab located on the top center of the page.

Click on the "Chat to add Texting to Your Plan" tab on the right hand column on the page.

Click on the messaging plan that best suits your Sprint account.

Click the option that says "Got Questions? Click here to chat." This will prompt a chat to load, allowing you to talk to a customer service representative.

Confirm your account information with the representative. Tell him that you want to add the selected text messaging plan to your Sprint mobile phone. Confirm the change. The plan will be prorated for the month and will allow you to text immediately with your phone.
