How to Troubleshoot a Kindle DX
The Kindle DX is the largest device in Amazon's range of e-book readers. It features a 9.7-inch e-ink display, and was developed for improved performance when reading electronic newspapers, graphically rich e-books or Adobe PDF files. The Kindle DX connects with the user's online Amazon account for buying and downloading e-books. There are many steps users can take when experiencing problems with their Kindle DX before contacting Amazon's customer service.
