Adjust the seat by turning the black knob located below the seat clockwise, raising or lowering the seat to the height you want.

Place your feet on the pedals, adjusting the straps as needed.

Preset the level of resistance you want by pressing the "+" or "-" button located on the control panel.

Begin to pedal. While exercising, place your hands on the handlebars and your heart rate will automatically be calculated and displayed.
