How to Tether a Verizon BlackBerry
Tethering is the process of using the wireless data connection that your BlackBerry, or any smart phone, has in order to provide Internet access to a computer. Wireless carriers, like Verizon, were always keen on the idea of tethering because it put a strain on the network, but over the years the carriers have attached fee and data limits so they could provide the service without overloading the network. Tethering a BlackBerry used to be a complicated process, but with the release of BlackBerry Desktop Manager 6.0, the process takes only a few seconds.
