How to Register a Sony Ericsson Phone
Two major international tech companies joined forces to create a specific line of mobile phones. The Japanese electronics company Sony partnered with a telecommunications company in Sweden called Ericsson back in October 2001 to create what is known as Sony Ericsson. Their line of cell phones work on different phone carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile. You can register your phone by creating an online user account and then syncing your phone to that account.

Click on the Sony Ericsson phone you own under the "Select phone" list. Press the arrows located on the left and right of the phone images to scroll through all the phones listed, then click on the type you own. Once it is selected, the phone model will be listed to the left of the "Your Details" section.

Enter your preferred email and create a password. The password must be at least eight characters and must have letters and numbers to be valid. Do not check the boxes listed under "Newsletters and Subscriptions" unless you want to sign up for them. Click "Sign up" once ready.
