How to Add Apps to BlackBerry
One of the most fun features about owning a BlackBerry smartphone is the option to download applications to your phone. There are thousands of different apps --- games, LED light customizers, apps to warn you of speed traps, music apps and a lot more --- that you can get for free or little cost. Adding apps to your BlackBerry can be quick and easy as long as you have the right tool: BlackBerry App World. Although BlackBerrys come equipped with App World, if your phone is new, it may be hidden.

Press the "Menu" button on the front of your phone to access the Home screen.

Click on "BlackBerry App World." If you don't see App World, skip to Step 3.

Press the "Menu" button while on the Home screen. Click on "Show All," then click on "App World."

Browse through the top apps by clicking on "Top Paid" and/or "Top Free."

Click on "Find," and type in an app keyword in the Search box. This will pull up any apps that relate to the keyword.

Click on "Download" on the app(s) that you'd like to add to your phone.

Restart your phone to finish the app installation process. Click on the app(s) that you downloaded from your Home screen to use it.
