1
Sprinkle rose petals on the fake wedding cake. This works well for one layer or multiple layers. Use real rose petals, red or pink, and sprinkle them around the outside of the layers.
-
2
Disguise the fake cake with full rose heads. The colors of roses you use depends on the colors in the wedding and the color of the icing. Popular options include yellow or red rose heads. Apply four or five on each tier of the cake. This is best for a fake cake with two or more tiers.

3
Fill up the area underneath each tier with flowers. This takes the focus off of the fake cake and onto the flowers. For a white cake, stick with flowers that are light as well, such as roses or lilies in white or light yellow.
-
4
Apply white and pink flowers in a large bunch on the top of the cake. If it's a one-layer cake, place it in the middle of the cake. Create a flower arrangement of white and pink roses. Substitute the colors of the flowers if they don't work with the wedding colors.
