How to Block a User on Match

Match.com is a website that offers dating services. Match lists user profiles, and people connect with others who they feel may be a compatible match. Match offers profile settings, so you can block users who you no longer want to contact you. The settings block the user from contacting you and from viewing your profile.

Instructions

1. Open your web browser and log in to the Match website. After you log in, you must block a user from seeing your profile by navigating to the user's profile.

2. Type the user profile in the search text box to navigate to the profile of the user you want to block. You have several links located under the profile information.

3. Click the "Block" link under the profile. Click "Yes" in the confirmation window to verify that you want to block the user. The user is now no longer able to contact you or view your information.
