      Adjust the Kenmore refrigerator with ice maker so you can comfortably work behind the refrigerator.

      Find the water supply line coming out from the back of the refrigerator. Follow that to the water valve along the wall. Turn the water shutoff valve fully to the "Off" position.

      Use the adjustable wrench to loosen the bolt connecting the copper water line to the shutoff valve. Have the bucket underneath the water line to catch any water spillage from the line.

      Loosen the bolt connecting the water supply line to the back of the Kenmore refrigerator.

      Remove the line from both the water shutoff valve connector and the back of the refrigerator with ice maker.
