Requesting GED transcripts in Michigan can be done in one of three ways.

Obtaining a GED transcript in the state of Michigan is relatively simple. Once the GED test is complete and the score is tallied, records of the results are kept with the state of Michigan, while a copy is mailed to the test taker. When an individual enters college, applies for a job, or enters the military, they will need their GED test results as proof of high school completion.

      Contact the center where you took the test. They may still have copies of your GED, and they will be able to provide you with your GED transcript.

      Send a letter of request to the State GED Administrator in Lansing, MI. Simply write your name, address, social security number, date of birth, date of test, and request for transcripts, and send the request to:
