How to Use Velcro Rollers on Dry Hair
Velcro rollers are a quick and easy solution if you want add curl, volume and bounce to your hair. The rollers don't require any pins to hold them in place and come in various color-coded sizes ranging from extra small to jumbo. The larger rollers can be used if you desire a hairstyle that is wavy and bouncy, and for more curl you can use the smaller rollers. Does this Spark an idea?

Choose the correct size of velcro rollers depending on the tightness of curl you desire and your hair length. Avoid the rollers from falling out by using a roller size that allows you to wind the hair around it one-and-a-half times.

Wash and condition your hair and apply a styling gel or mousse before blow drying your hair until it's completely dry. Skip this step if you don't have a lot of time.

Comb out one section of hair that is slightly smaller or equal to the width of the roller. Start at the front of the head and work your way toward the back.

Wind the end of the sectioned hair around a roller and roll it down to toward the root of your hair in the direction of the style you want to create. Roll the curler all the way to the base if you desire a lot of volume, and keep it several inches away from the base for less volume. Use clips to hold the rollers in place if you will be moving around a lot; otherwise, the self-hold rollers alone should be sufficient.

Blow dry the hair for five minutes and allow it to cool off for an additional 20 minutes.

Remove the curlers one by one starting in the order that you put them in. Roll them out of the hair in the same direction that you put them in. Avoid sliding them out of your hair, as this may cause tangles.

Comb and style your hair with your fingers. Avoid using a comb or brush since this will ruin your curls. Apply hair spray to hold your hairstyle in place.
