How to Put Vinyl Decals on My Car

Upgrading your road machine with more powerful parts is all well and good, but car aficionados want their ride to look good too. Car decals are a great way to draw attention to your vehicle. Car decals come in an array of sizes and designs. With a little elbow grease, car owners can easily apply any size decal to their car using some household items.

Things You'll Need

• Decal
• Spray bottle
• Application fluid or soap water
• Paper towel roll (squeegee)
• Blow dryer (optional)

Instructions

1. Clean the area of the car thoroughly where you wish to apply the decal.

2. Wet the entire area with a spray bottle full of application fluid or soapy water.

3. Apply the decal to the side of the car. Spray the entire decal again with the spray bottle. Roll the squeegee across the entire decal, starting from the center and moving outward.

4. Let the decal dry for at least half an hour, or use a blow dryer to speed up the drying process.
