How to Withdraw Money From PayPal With Debit Cards

You can get your PayPal cash at any ATM.

PayPal makes it easy for people to receive payments from other individuals and from businesses. Having a PayPal account also allows you to shop safely online at a growing number of online merchants. In addition to those benefits, you can use your PayPal debit card to access the cash in your account from any ATM.

Instructions

1. Go to the PayPal website and click the "Sign Up" link at the top of the page.

2. Enter the required information into the sign-up form to establish your PayPal account. Go to the PayPal debit card page (see Resource) and click "Apply Now."

3. Type in your email address and PayPal password and click "Log In." Enter the requested information and click "Submit" to request your PayPal debit card.

4. Watch your mail for the debit card to arrive. You will receive two separate mailings, one containing the debit card itself and another containing the personal identification number (PIN) for the account.

5. Call the phone number on the PayPal debit card to activate the account. Take the debit card to an ATM, insert it in the slot and enter your PIN. Enter the amount of cash you wish to receive.
