How to Install Upgrades for LMGRD Flex & LMTOOLS With Windows Server
The License Manager, or LM, suite of applications allows administrators of corporate environments to track software licenses deployed on the network. With potentially tens of thousands of licenses---for Windows operating systems and Office applications---it becomes difficult to track them manually, and missing licenses can lead to legal action taken by the copyright holder of the software. LM Flex and LM Tools are two of the License Manager's suite of tools, and if they are already installed on the Windows Server, upgrading them can be done by an administrator with the appropriate skills.
