T-Mobile has many account features available online, but when the account is locked you can no longer access them. If you pay your bill online, this can mean your payment might be late. It is important to unlock your T-Mobile account after T-Mobile notifies you that it is locked, so you can see your usage, change any settings and pay for your service.

Call T-Mobile customer service by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone, or 877-453-1304 from any other phone.

Ask to speak with a representative, or follow the menu instructions until you can speak with one.

Tell them your account is locked and that you wish to unlock it.

Verify your identity when they ask for the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number. If you are not the primary account holder, have the person who is speak to the representative.

Wait for them to unlock your account. This should not take long. Verify that you can log into your online account before hanging up the phone.
