How to Access Your T-Mobile Email Online

With your T-Mobile cellular phone service, you are provided an email account. The email address is your 10-digit cell phone number followed by "@tmobile.net." Usually, emails sent to your T-Mobile address come through your cell phone in the format of a text message. When unable to check your messages on your phone or in the event your phone is malfunctioning, you can check your T-Mobile email on the Web.
Log into your account on the T-Mobile site. If you haven't registered for an online account, do so with your 10-digit phone number. T-Mobile will send the password to your cellular phone. After you are registered, enter your 10-digit number as the username and the password sent to your phone in the "Log In" box at the top right-hand side of the site.
Click on "Connect and Share" tab at the top of your account page.
Click on "Email" under the "Connect and Share" tab. Click on your T-Mobile email address to see any emails that were sent to your T-Mobile email address.
