How to Use SIP to Send a Fax to Email
Session Initiation Protocol phone systems, also known as SIP, are the latest technology used to communicate for many small, medium and large companies. Using an SIP phone system eliminates most of the bulky office machines used to perform daily tasks. You can make calls, text message and even send and receive faxes via an Internet connection instead of a standard digital or analog phone line. You also can read, save, delete or attach incoming faxes to email --- all without using a single piece of paper.

Tips & Warnings
There is no need for a cover sheet since the fax is going directly to recipient's email, unless you need to provide an explanation.
Follow up with the recipient to make sure he received it. Sometimes the faxes don't make it and you may have to resend it.
