How to Register a Company Name in Colorado
When starting a new business in the state of Colorado, your business name must be registered with the secretary of state's office. Before registering your company name, you should determine the best structure for your business. This may require professional legal counsel. Once your business structure is decided, you can proceed to register your name. Whereas many states allow you to register a company name using a variety of methods, Colorado only offers one.
