Purchase a cove-cutting jig from your local hardware supply store.

Install the jig onto your table saw by following the manufacturer's installation instructions. Most jigs for table saws are designed to clamp easily onto the surface of your saw using easy to turn knobs. The jig will make sure the board is fed at the appropriate angle to the blade to achieve a cove effect.
