Download and install BlackBerry App World. See Resources.

Open BlackBerry App World by clicking the icon on the phone.

Browse the featured items on the opening screen.

Search for items of interest by clicking "Menu" and then "Categories" to see all the available app categories or "Search" to search for a specific item or keyword.
