A few adjustments can ensure a quality picture from your Element HDTV.

Element Electronics produces devices, including Blu-ray and MP3 players and high-definition (HD) televisions. HD televisions provide higher picture quality compared to standard definition sets. There are quick and easy checks any homeowner can to perform to ensure the best possible picture for their Element HDTV.

      Check that the power cord is plugged into both the back of the TV and the outlet.

      Inspect all cables to make sure they are firmly connected to both the television and cable or satellite sources.

      Move away any infrared equipment that may be in close proximity to the television. These devices can cause interference between the television and the cable or satellite receiver.

      Insert fully-charged or new batteries in the television's remote control device and make sure they are properly installed in the unit.

      Select the "Menu" button on the television's remote control. Move to "Options" where you can check that the optimum settings on the television are being utilized. These options will cover possible problems, such as aspect ratio, picture quality and input source.
