How to File a Complaint on the US Postal Service in La Habra, California
The US Postal Service is usually a great way to send personal mail and packages at a relatively reasonable price. It's more often than not a pretty reliable service, too. Sometimes, though, things do go wrong. Whether your mail has gone astray or you've had a bad experience with a member of the Postal Service staff, there may come a time when you have to contact the USPS customer-service department to make a complaint. The procedure for doing so is the same no matter where in the country you're based, from La Habra, California, to Lackawanna, New York.
