Instructions

1. Open the package labeled "Upper," and the package labeled "Lower." Each package should contain strips attached to clear backings.

2. Peel the strips from the clear backing.

3. Apply the gel side of the strip to your upper teeth. Align the top of the strip where your teeth and gums meet. Repeat for the lower teeth, aligning the bottom of the strip to where your teeth and gums meet.

4. Fold the remaining strip behind your upper teeth and lower teeth.

5. Press the strips firmly, smoothing them over your teeth.

6. Wait five minutes, and remove strips from teeth. Discard strips.

7. Rinse or brush teeth thoroughly if you feel any remaining gel.
