How to Make a SMART Goals Worksheet
SMART is an acronym that stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely. Each of those words are characteristics of an effective goal. When a goal is written to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely, it is more likely to be met. A SMART goals worksheet is a tool you can use to track your goals. Writing your goals down is an effective way to accomplish them.
