Begin to wind up your body so you can explode frontside when you go (but don't wind up too much or it gets ugly).
Step3
Hit your tail and ollie as hard as you can. The key to this trick is getting enough height so you'll have time for the full rotation.
Step4
Turn your body just like a frontside 180, but be a full 180 degrees at the height of the trick.
Step5
Achieve maximum air.
Step6
Push the nose of the board down with your front foot. This will cause the board, and you, to come around the full 360. Your body will be behind in the turn, so be loose and let the board lead. You will naturally corkscrew a bit.
Step7
Land on all four wheels if possible. Your rear wheels should naturally come down at the same time as your front wheels simply due to the way your body turns. Do your best not to land on your front wheels; you'll loop out and spin all over the place.
Tips & Warnings
Remember, ollie as high as you can, and guide the turn with your front foot!
Skateboarding is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury. We recommend that you seek proper training and equipment before attempting this activity.

When doing a No Foot Boneless get enough speed (if you want to go big), crouch down on your board and do as if you would do with the regular boneless, but instead; kick as hard as you can on that tail (crouched down)and pick the board off the ground and land both feet on it. Master the regular Boneless first before trying this.

Place footing the same as you would when doing an ollie. Then place right foot (if you ride goofy) off the end of the board. Ollie, and kick your foot out to the front of you. Quickly bring your foot back to land the heelflip.

When you go to do your 180 or 360, make sure you achieve enough hight to rotate, then get ready. Now move your front foot one way and the back foot the other way as fast or as slow as you feel comfortable.

To spin more when you are doing the 360 or the 180, you have to put your back foot on the bottom corner of the kick, then do the trick as normal.

First, set up your feet in the ollie position. Put your front foot in the middle of your board, and your back foot on the kicktail. Bend your knees down (the lower you bend, the higher you'll go), then jump up in the air. While you jump, kick the kicktail lightly then slide your front foot up to the top of the nose. Extend your legs, and come down. When you hit the kicktail, do not forget to extend your legs a little before you hit the kicktail, and then jump. Also, don't lean back too much on your landing.
