How to Register a Non-Reloadable Visa Gift Card
You're not sure what to get that teenager for her birthday. She already has all the clothes in the world and you don't think she's into dolls anymore. Give that hard-to-shop-for teenager, or anyone for that matter, a Visa gift card. These gift cards are non-reloadable and are no longer usable when the money pre-loaded on the card runs out. They're used like a debit card without a pin number and are accepted anywhere Visa is accepted.
