How to Unlock a Frigidaire Professional Series Confectionary Oven

Frigidaire Professional Series ovens offer all of the features found in a restaurant oven in your home. Professional Series ovens offer such features as convection cooking, which circulates air around food to reduce cooking times, an over-sized oven cavity and "PowerPreheat," which preheats the oven in under six minutes. The Frigidaire Professional series of ovens also includes a safety feature that locks both the oven door (or doors) and the control panel so that children can not injure themselves on the oven. If the oven is locked, it can be unlocked with the push of a button.

Instructions

1. Verify that the oven is locked by looking at the display. The word "Lock" or a an image of a padlock will be displayed on the display when the "lock-out" feature is enabled.

2. Locate the "Lock" button, which has a picture of a padlock on it.

3. Press and hold the "Lock" button until a beep is heard and the control panel displays the word "Door." The oven is now unlocked and fully operational.
