How to Configure a Ventrilo Static IP
Ventrilo is a voice communication suite used both professionally and for recreation. Many companies use Ventrilo to host live meetings over the Internet, and thousands of gamers use Ventrilo to coordinate their actions while playing online games. When hosting a Ventrilo server, you will typically have to set up port forwarding to allow incoming client connection queries to the server. If your server does not use a static IP address and its network license is renewed, the server will lose its abilities to accept connections. Configuring a static IP for a Ventrilo server is an easy process.
