How do I Fix Remote Assistance When a Program Will Not Start?
Windows Remote Assistance is a feature on the Windows XP and later operating systems. It allows you to control a remote Windows computer over a network or the Internet. Technicians use Remote Assistance to help them troubleshoot issues. There is a problem with the "A program has not started. Please try again" error happening on Windows XP Service Pack 2 computers. This is due to the Remote Assistance service not being started or being disabled.
