Use the Windows Start menu to open Download Accelerator Plus.

Click the "Tools" option on the Download Accelerator Plus user interface. Select "Options" to open the Download Accelerator Plus "Options" dialog box.

Click the "Connection" option on the left-side of the "Options" dialog box.

Click the drop-down menu under "Bandwidth Control" and select the "Unlimited Bandwidth" option to allocate more bandwidth to Download Accelerator Plus.
