How to List a Business As a Minority Business in Georgia

To list your business as a minority business in Georgia, you must be certified as a Minority Business Enterprise or Minority Subcontractor by the Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS). The Georgia DOAS has partnered with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to create a streamlined application process. Now, all candidates for minority business registration apply through the GDOT, whether they are involved in the transportation industry or not. To qualify for certification, your firm must be owned, controlled and operated primarily by minority individuals.
