Although accessing the game online is easy, dealing with computer or Internet issues can cause user frustration. Fortunately, Full Tilt Poker has created steps to help users work through update difficulties easily.

Instructions

      Click the "Start" menu. Select "Control Panel."

      Click "Security Center." Double-click "Windows Firewall."

      Select "Exceptions" or "Allow a program through Windows Firewall."

      Allow the Full Tilt program and updater by placing a check in the box next to the following program names:

      C:\Programs Files\Full Tilt Poker\FullTiltPoker.exe

      C:\Programs Files\Full Tilt Poker\Updater.exe

    For Mac

      Click the "Apple Menu." Select "System Preferences."

      Click "Sharing." Select the "Firewall" tab.

      Click "New." Enter the following parameters:

      Port Name: Other

      TCP Port Number(s): 443

      UDP Port Number(s): 21

      Description: Full Tilt Poker

    • 8

      Select "OK."

Tips & Warnings

  • Users may not be able to make changes to the firewall settings on computers in public places, such as libraries, schools, etc.
