Hot Stone Massage Directions
Hot stone massages help people to relax and feel better. Once you heat the Basalt massage stones, typically in hot water, you then position them down the back, legs, calves and even the bottom of a person's feet. You can purchase your own hot massage stones from area holistic stores or even online. Using a few simple tools that most people have in their home, you can learn to give a hot stone massage that's sure to please.
