Silverleaf Resorts provides timeshare properties throughout the country. However, owning a Silverleaf timeshare may no longer be within your budget, or you may not be able to use it. Fortunately, there are a few ways you can get rid of your timeshare. Several websites offer advertising services that will list your timeshare and connect you with potential buyers. You may even want to use a service that can help you legally terminate your timeshare contract. Whatever path you choose, make sure you do your research about any company before signing a contract or paying a fee.

Visit the Sell My Timeshares Now/Silverleaf Resorts website and scroll down to the "Already Own A Silverleaf Resorts Timeshare?" section at the bottom of the home page. Click on the "Sell My Silverleaf Timeshare" link.

Fill out the information form on the right side of the page and click the "Sell My Timeshare Now" button at the bottom of the form. A company representative will call you to set up a sales contract. This site offers a onetime fee for advertising and selling your timeshare, as opposed to a commission.

Visit the Timeshare Lifestyle website. Fill out the information form in the middle of the page and click the "submit" button. A customer service representative will call you with more information. This website creates the advertisement for your timeshare and screens potential buyers for you for a fee.

Go to the Timeshare Relief website, fill out the information form on the right side of the page and click the "submit" button. A consumer adviser will contact you by phone. Timeshare Relief is not a resale company. It specializes in working with timeshare owners to terminate their contracts. They do charge a fee, but only if they successfully help you terminate your timeshare contract.

Tip

  • Research the timeshare market before you sign a contract with an advertising company to make sure you're selling for what your timeshare is worth.

Tip

  • Timeshare advertising sites are not timeshare brokers. They will get you in contact with a buyer but will not actually handle the sale.
