How to Graph on the TI-85 Calculator
The TI-85 calculator lets you graph equations, solve matrices and create programs. It includes various settings for graphing and lets you choose the size of the graphing area and the type of equations that you want to graph. In addition to its graphing capabilities, the calculator includes a data link that lets you back up and transfer data to your computer. You can graph equations on your TI-85 by following a few simple steps.

Turn on your calculator and press the "2ND" and "MORE" keys to set your mode for graphing. Choose the type of graphing that you need to perform from the fifth option on your calculator's menu. Press "GRAPH," "MORE" and "F2" to set additional graphing settings if desired.

Press the "GRAPH" key and press "F1" to select the first equation for the graph. Use your calculator's number and arrow keys to enter the equations that you need to graph and press "ENTER."

Press "GRAPH" and "F2" if you want to change the size of the graph's viewing window. Press "GRAPH" and "F5" to display the graph.
