How Can I Get Table Design Reports Out of Access?
Data can be stored in databases by creating tables. Those tables consist of columns and rows, referred to as fields and records, respectively. There are programs that can be used to manage databases, such as Microsoft Access, which can search and summarize that data using queries, forms and reports. All of these objects within an Access database can be viewed in a default Access format, or they can be viewed in a "Design" view. If you need a report on the design structure of a table, it is possible to create one with Access so that it can be viewed in another program.
