How to Turn on the Digital Tuner on an iLo 27-Inch TV Without a Remote

A power surge can cause the electronics inside the iLo 27-inch TV's digital tuner to develop a problem. The power button on the control panel no longer functions, although the remote's power button continues to work. To turn on the digital tuner using the control panel's power button, you must reset the unit.

Instructions

1. Press the power button on the remote to turn on the TV. Press the power button again to turn it off.

2. Unplug the power cord.

3. Let at least six hours pass. Plug the power cord back in. This resets the set.

4. Press the power button on the control panel to turn it on. Press it again when you are done watching.
