  • Baking soda
  • Bowl
  • Sponge

Instructions

      Mix 2 tsp. of baking soda and 1 tbsp. of water in a bowl. Blend to make a paste.

      Apply the paste to the tarnished silver with a dampened sponge. Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to get small crevices.

      Leave the baking soda paste sit on tarnished silver for about 10 minutes.

      Rinse the silver clean under a stream of cold water.

      Rinse the sponge clean of baking soda. Add a drop or two of a mild dish soap, saturate it with water, and wring it out.
