How to Donate Las Vegas Land to Habitat for Humanity thumbnail
You can donate your land to Habitat for Humanity in Las Vegas for a tax deduction.

Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c) charity that works to provide families in need with affordable housing. Habitat does not provide free homes to families, rather it allows families whose gross income is 80 percent less than the average income in Las Vegas to acquire affordable housing through interest-free loans. Families who obtain their homes through Habitat are required to put at least 300 hours time into the building of their home. None of this is possible without the kindness and generosity of donors, those who donate time, land and money to Habitat for Humanity's cause.
