Instructions

  1. Changing and Locking the Weight Set

      Determine the amount of weight or resistance desired for the exercise you are performing.

      Insert the weight pin fully into the hole on the front of the weight stack at the desired weight.

      Rotate the weight pin so that the bent end faces downward.

    • 4

      Lock the weight stack when not in use. Insert the lock pin into the hole on the weight guide slightly above the weight stack, and attach the lock onto the lock pin.

    Adjusting and Tightening the Cables

      Unscrew the bolts holding the single and double pulleys to the U-brackets.

      Move the pulleys to a higher hole.

    • 7

      Replace the bolts through the pulleys and U-brackets.

      Secure the bolts with a nut.

      Screw both ends of the weight stack tightly.
