Whirlpool Refrigerator Water Filter Replacement Instructions
Several models of Whirlpool refrigerators come with automatic ice and water dispensers. Part of the system that generates the water and ice is a filter mounted into the base of the refrigerator. The filter has a typical life span, with moderate use, of six months to a year. On most Whirlpool refrigerators with a water filter, a light on the surface of the ice and water dispenser will notify you when it is time to replace the water filter. Replacement takes only a few minutes. You can contact the manufacturer to determine the proper filter number for your specific model of refrigerator. Does this Spark an idea?
