How to Create a Shared Calendar in Word
Within Microsoft Word you can create a shared calendar that is able to be accessed by others within your network. On a shared calendar, individuals will be able to input scheduled meetings, events and other important information for everyone to see at the same time. The calendar can be easily created using a template offered through Microsoft Word's software and customized for a particular month and viewing platform---such as by daily, weekly or monthly calendars.

Save the document to a shared workspace. This location is only accessible if you have your computer linked to a network. This will allow anyone else on the network to access the file and to make changes to it.
