How to Translate a Button on a Windows Live Toolbar
If you use the Internet on a daily basis, you probably know that there are two types of Internet browsers: Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. The Internet Explorer browser can be modified and customized by adding on the Windows Live Toolbar, which uses a search engine called Bing. The Windows Live Toolbar is currently available in 18 different languages, so you can view buttons and operate the toolbar in the language of your choice.

Find the Windows Live Toolbar for your PC. Go to the Microsoft Download Center (see Resources), and select the "Windows Live Setup." The toolbar is an extension of your regular Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbar and allows you to combine multiple programs, such as Hotmail and MSN messenger, into one platform. If you already have the Windows Live Toolbar installed on your computer, you will need to redownload it in the specific language into which you would like to translate your buttons.

Choose your preferred language from the drop-down menu. The language that you choose will be the display language of all operations and buttons displayed on the toolbar.

Download the Windows Live Toolbar to your PC. It will take about ten minutes to download. Once the download is complete, restart your computer and open a new Internet Explorer Browser. The toolbar will display the add-ons that you installed, and the buttons will be written in the language that you selected.

Tips & Warnings
When you're configuring your screen display options, you may select the "Translation" button for additional translation needs. This button can translate an entire Web page from a foreign language into English.
You may not translate individual buttons in one program. The Windows Live Toolbar is available in only one language at a time, so downloading is necessary each time you wish to change the button language.
