How to Use Process Colors in Printing
Manufacturers build cost-saving features into color printers, but unfamiliar and unaware users might get confused by these options. Modern color printers use a four-color process to produce many other colors, but users can disable three colors to prevent printing from those more expensive cartridges. If a new user needs to print in color, however, he or she might be perplexed as to why the printer is only printing in black-and-white or grayscale. If this is your predicament, you can easily access printer settings to produce processed-color printouts.
