Climb onto the carport's roof. Check for gaps in the insulation.

Fill gaps with spray foam insulation. Sprays get into crevices that rolled insulation can't.

Check soffit vents. Make sure there are no obstructions interrupting the ventilation. The soffit vents are under the roof overhang. They run along the inside of the roof to the peak.

Place a dehumidifier in the carport when the weather turns cold. Dehumidifiers reduce moisture that causes condensation.
