How to Connect Multiple Wires With Wire Nuts
Wire nuts offer a convenient and safe way to connect multiple wires together. The wire nuts essentially twist and clamp the wires together to form a tight connection, which encases the exposed end in a plastic cap, thereby reducing chances of shorting the wires, causing fires or giving a worker an unexpected jolt. Wire nuts can be purchases at any hardware store or hardware section of department stores. Does this Spark an idea?

Push an appropriately sized wire nut over the top of the wires. You should feel slight resistance, but the cap should go over all the wires.
-
4
Twist the wire nut until it feels tight.
